SPENCER WALTON

Spencer Walton is a British artist and designer based in London. After graduating from Camberwell School of Art he went on to assist a number of practicing artists and designers, whilst developing his own visual language within Ceramics.

Spencer’s work focusses on the human condition, in relation to himself - exploring both the mental and the physical. With a fixation on the imperfect, he explores self destruction and preservation through clay.

In contrast to this, he also produces more decorative work currently in the form of tiles. Reappropriating mundane tools and processes to create moulds, he produces intricate tile patterns for domestic environments.
